    Not completely refurbished

    Sound was what I expected. Packaging and instructions included were not. The instruction manual had something sticky on it. One of the grills on the speaker with the Bluetooth was dented in. My recommendation is to NOT buy refurbished from Boss. For a few dollars more you can buy new. I expected more from this company.
